It was never only about cake. It was about belonging.
Founder and Sensitive Chef Delcie Lam was inspired by her late mother's experience with cancer and the quiet exclusion that illness can bring to family tables.
From a small co-shared space in Bishan, that purpose grew into a homegrown, halal-certified Singapore bakery dedicated to inclusive, health-conscious desserts without losing the taste and joy people love.

The story behind the purpose
From one moment of exclusion to a mission for everyday freedom.
01
Where it began
When Delcie's mother was living with cancer, illness and dietary restrictions made even a simple piece of cake feel out of reach. The regret of not being able to give her mother a suitable cake became the question that changed Delcie's life: why should caring for health mean being left out?
02
What had to change
Delcie spent years developing recipes that could work without egg, dairy and refined sugar, while still feeling like the desserts people loved. The work grew beyond substitution. It became a commitment to safety, nourishment, taste and dignity.
03
What it became
What started in a small co-shared space in Bishan became a Singapore bakery serving people managing diabetes, allergies and different dietary needs. Three Zero carries that same belief into everyday products: no one should have to give up joy in order to live well.
